Capacity and Event Fees

Maximum number of guests: 1 villa (Maximum 25 guests); 2 villas (Maximum 40 guests); 4 villas (Maximum of 60 guests).

If the guest is planning to hold an event, such as a wedding or party where any pre-planning is required, the guest needs to pay the following event fees:

1 villa (11 – 25 guests): USD $720 ++

2 villas (26 – 40 guests): USD $1,250++

4 villas (Up to 60 guests): USD $1,500++

All rates are subject to 10% service charge and 7% tax.

Any pre or post-wedding events where guests, including villa guests, exceed 1.5 times the amount staying within the villa must be planned and catered for by the Coastal Escape or wedding planner team.
Security Deposit
Weddings for up to 60 guests require a minimum 3 nights buyout: 3 Nights – All 4 villas (All Seasons). Approved event organizers must be appointed or using our in-house appointed teams.

2 villas (26 – 40 guests): USD $1,400
4 villas (Up to 60 guests): USD $2,800
All music must be turned down by midnight in the villas, which have neighboring communities or villas with guests. You are permitted to go over to the in-house sound system. In the event of a complaint made, we will have to adhere to this, however, we will be as flexible as possible.
Fireworks and Additional Information
Fireworks are only permitted with our approved supplier following approval from the relevant authority and must be released after 10 PM due to local Thai law with wind and weather permitting. We will endeavour to keep all candles and tiki torches lit; however, in the event of wind or rain, please note this is not possible, and we cannot provide refunds as this will be out of our control.Â
Fireworks need to be booked and have a certificate at least 3 weeks prior to the event; last-minute arrangements cannot be made.
